Whether it's a hen party, a birthday milestone, a yoga retreat group, or colleagues on a wellness trip — we happily welcome groups at both of our Ubud locations. We can usually dedicate a whole section of the spa just for your group, so everyone can enjoy the plunge pools, steam room and treatments together in privacy. Each guest picks their own treatment — no need to all do the same thing. All we ask is that you coordinate with us in advance via WhatsApp so we can allocate the right rooms and time slots. We handle the rest. 1. WhatsApp us Send us a message with your group size, preferred date and time, and any treatment preferences. We'll check availability and suggest the best setup. 2. We allocate your space We'll reserve a dedicated section of the spa for your group. Treatment rooms, pool time and steam room access — all coordinated so you're together. 3. Everyone picks a treatment Each guest chooses from the full menu. Korean Zen, Hammam Adventure, Balinese massage, facilities only — any combination works. We sync the timing. Private group experience ## A whole section, just for you. We can dedicate an entire section of the spa exclusively to your group. The plunge pools, steam room and treatment areas become your private space — no other guests mixed in. **Steam room together.** Start with 10–15 minutes as a group. The best way to settle in and set the mood for the day. **Hot & cold plunge pools.** The largest hot plunge pool in Ubud, plus a 7–10°C cold plunge. Group cold plunge dares are practically a tradition here. **All treatments available.** Full menu for every guest. Mix and match — there's no requirement to all book the same thing. **Refreshments included.** Welcome drinks on arrival. Fruit platters and tea after full treatments. Time to regroup before heading out. When to book ## The sooner, the better. Group bookings require coordination — we need to allocate rooms, schedule therapists, and set aside your section of the spa. The earlier you contact us, the more flexibility we have. High season June – September · December – January Contact us **at least a few days in advance**. These months are our busiest and rooms fill up quickly. The earlier you reach out, the more time slots we can offer. Low season All other months Contact us **at least 2 days in advance**, depending on group size. Smaller groups may get lucky with shorter notice, but advance coordination always means a better experience. Before you book ## Group questions, answered. How many guests can you accommodate? Our Monkey Forest branch fits up to 18 treatment guests + 4 in the foot massage room (22 total). The Jalan Sandat branch fits up to 15 + 2 foot massage (17 total). For groups larger than one location can handle, we can split across both branches. Does everyone need to do the same treatment? No. Each guest picks from the full menu — [Korean Zen, Hammam Adventure, Balinese massage, Korean scrub](https://hesaspa.com/treatments), facilities only, or anything else. We coordinate the timing so everyone can enjoy the pools and steam room together. Will we have the space to ourselves? We can usually dedicate a whole section of the spa just for your group. You'll share the plunge pools, steam room, and relaxation areas together in privacy, separate from other guests. How far in advance should we book? In high season (June–September, December–January), at least a few days in advance. In low season, at least 2 days ahead depending on group size. The sooner you contact us, the more flexibility we have with scheduling. How do we book? Group bookings are handled via WhatsApp so we can coordinate properly. Pricing is per person at the standard per-person rate — the same for groups as for individual bookings. No surcharge, no minimum spend. Most groups arrive by private transport or villa shuttle. Let us know when booking and we can advise on the best drop-off arrangement. Can we do a half-day or full-day group experience? Absolutely. Full treatments (Korean Zen, Hammam Adventure, Balinese Bliss) take about 3 hours. Add pool and steam time and you've got a half-day sorted. Some groups stagger arrival times so the space stays booked for longer. Tell us what you have in mind. Are families with children welcome? Yes, families with children are welcome.
