Bert Crews - Best Spa In Bali - Sauna, Cold Plunge Pool, Hot Pool

Wow is right. The other reviews don’t begin to do it justice. This is THE BEST spa in Bali, and I have tried a lot. It’s off the beaten path but close to Jl. Raya Ubud (the Main Street). The minute you walk in the door, you exhale into a world of ease and relaxation. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The steam sauna, cold and hot plunge pools are as big as some of the “swimming pools” in many villas. Then there is the Korean scrub experience, one of the most amazing spa treatments I have ever had. The serenity and peace of the place while still exposed to nature, beautiful gardens, and classical Balinese architecture make Hesa Spa a treat for the senses. You will not be disappointed. There is also a small warring serving excellent food at the entrance.
