Facilities access
Start with 30 minutes of facilities access — steam room, hot plunge pool, and cold plunge pool. Warms and relaxes the muscles before the stones are applied.
Hot stone massage
Smooth volcanic basalt stones, heated to therapeutic temperature, placed along the body's natural tension lines at our Ubud spa. The sustained heat penetrates layers hands alone can't reach. The therapist also uses the stones to massage, combining manual technique with continuous heat delivery.
