Hot plunge pool · 39–41°C
Large, filtered, heated. Use as the warm anchor between cold plunge rounds or simply as a place to rest surrounded by tropical greenery.
Cold plunge pool · 7–10°C
Exhilarating, energising, and addictive. A sandglass is provided at the pool. Most guests do 30–90 seconds per round, 2–4 rounds per visit.
Steam room · 42–46°C
Spacious, with views over both pools. Begin here to open pores and relax muscles before your first plunge.
